Raul Miranda is a Programme Officer at the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA). At IRENA’s Power Sector Transformation, he assists Member Countries in enhancing power system flexibility to accommodate solar and wind energy considering different local energy contexts. He also works on sector coupling-related topics like hydrogen from renewable power. He is a co-author of the recently launched IRENA’s Renewable Energy Outlook for ASEAN: Towards a Regional Energy Transition, and the Indonesia Energy Transition Outlook.
