In February 2022, João Machado has joined EDPR Sunseap as EDPR’s Head of Strategy and Business Planning for APAC also leading the Post-Merger Integration Office. Today, he is leading the M&A and Corporate Development team within EDPR Sunseap.

João holds more than a decade of experience in key financial roles, M&A, Investor Relations, Risk & Energy Trading and Business Planning within the Energy and Renewables spectrum.

Graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Master’s Degree in International Management, João is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.
