Hadrian is a Manager for the Asia region and is based in the Carbon Trust Singapore Office. He has more than 8 years of experience in clean energy, climate policy and low-carbon development. He is presently providing technical guidance on the ASEAN Low Carbon Energy Programme for developing energy efficiency guidelines whilst leading delivering of engagements around cooling and energy transition.

Prior to joining Carbon Trust, Hadrian was working with PwC's Clean Energy advisory team in India primarily executing donor funded projects on energy outlook planning, low-carbon technology assignments, NDC review and energy efficiency financing. Notably, he has worked in the NDC review of Lebanon, Mauritius and Eswatini.

Hadrian holds a Master's in Sustainable Engineering (Renewable Energy Systems) from University of Strathclyde, UK, and a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) from Anna University, India.
