30+ years of experience in industry practice and university research. He is a practitioner in the energy-related industry and has long experience with various prominent companies before establishing a consultant firm in the energy sector. He earned a Ph.D. degree and his research mostly in the area of Energy Efficiency/Intensity, Energy Conservation, and Energy Policy from Universitas Indonesia. His current activities are mostly related to Gas/LNG, Renewables, Energy Efficiency, and Energy in transition. He also serves as a visiting lecturer and involves in some energy research under the engineering faculty of Universitas Indonesia.
