Dr Avishek is co-founder and CEO of VFlowTech Pte Ltd. VFlowTech (VFT) is a spin-off from Nanyang Technology University in Singapore, capitalizing on 7 years of research to address key issues faced by flow batteries and developing new application with advance energy storage solution. Avishek holds MS degree in Microelectronics from Technical University of Munich, Germany and a Doctorate degree (PhD) in Electrical and Computer Engineering from National University of Singapore. Avishek has over 20 high impact publication in the field of Solar and energy storage solution. Dr Avishek was one of the chief architects for developing high efficiency PERC Mono modules and has played a key role in the commercialization of Half cut PERC Mono module for REC solar. Dr Avishek has played a key development of over 600 MW solar projects in the region and actively promoting the adoption of hybrid energy storage solution for round the clock renewables. His research interest lies in the field of advance semiconductor devices, energy storage and hybrid microgrid solutions.
