Darryl heads the Energy Technology & Data Department in EMA. His team assesses the technical and economic feasibility of a range of energy technologies for potential application in Singapore’s energy system. It also oversees whole-of-government’s energy data collection, and undertakes quantitative research, data modelling and publication of energy statistics.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical Engineering, 1st Class Honours, 2008) and a Master of Science (Management of Technology, 2012). Both degrees were attained from the National University of Singapore. He joined the public service since 2010.
