Business Development Manager – Renewables, Southeast Asia
As Business Development Manager, Renewables, Southeast Asia for UL, Nat focuses on business expansion of renewables services for solar PV, wind onshore/offshore, and energy storage projects. His responsibilities include consultation to investor, project owner, and developer in support of new project development and project acquisition across the region, managing project teams, technical due diligence, energy production estimates, EPC and O&M contracts review, construction monitoring and client relations. Prior to joining UL, Nat led solar and wind project development team to develop greenfield solar PV and wind projects in Japan, Taiwan, Thailand, Indonesia, and other SE Asia countries. He involved in reviewing of project sales and purchase agreement, commercial structure, risk assessment, negotiation with EPC, lenders, and regulatory agencies to close development and financing. He holds a bachelor’s in Aerospace Engineering from Chulalongkorn University and a MS in Advanced Energy Engineering from the University of Tokyo, Japan.
